Edusontv.net is a site created to facilitate access to online education for medical personnel and people who have concerns in the medical area, explained as such on the site.

5. Warranty and right of withdrawal

Our operators will receive and process your notification in the shortest possible time, so that you can quickly recover the money paid for the services you are not fully satisfied with. In order to return the money, you may be asked to provide the necessary data for this purpose (IBAN account, bank, swift code, account holder, other information). If you do not provide the requested data, we will be unable to return your money.
The right to withdraw from the contract operates within 14 calendar days calculated from the date of registration on the website and can be used only once. More precisely, we do not allow the creation of successive accounts, with successive withdrawals, the use of the 7-day trial period and the return of the cost in favor of the same user. In the shortest time, you will receive by email a confirmation of the registration of your withdrawal request. The withdrawal request will be received only if you respect the term of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
At the same time, the guarantee and implicitly, the request for withdrawal, will be accepted only if you have not registered any request in this regard at office@edusontv.net.
Opting to withdraw from the site implies the deletion of the access account on edusontv.net.
